Blog Post 4: Choice of two topics

 It is a dish that has pasta sheets interspersed with pasta with different ingredients (meat, vegetables, fish) and is prepared with béchamel sauce and bolognese sauce and plenty of grated cheese for baked au gratin, its origin is Italian and the dish is usually prepared with meat and is usually called baked lasagna.


If I had to put it in words is because I like each ingredient separately, especially the cheese, but lasagna is the combination of all these flavors and achieve a balance between them, plus the variations that have this same dish is what makes this recipe so entertaining to prepare and try.


They are good for your intestines. Being a slow digesting carbohydrate food, this allows your body to absorb all the necessary nutrients. In addition, thanks to the fiber they have, they improve intestinal transit. It contains a high level of gluten, what does this mean? Greater satiety and therefore, less desire to eat, which makes it excellent for high impact sports.

My Dream Job

BLOG POST 3: My Favorite Piece of Technology

 Hello.  My favorite piece of technology is smart phone. the smart phone is a portable electronic device with access to wireless network that allows us to communicate at an indefinite distance trough them in a addition to having a variety of function from being able to use it as a work tool, to capture moments with the camera, to listen to music. for its various uses is the reason why so much use. I generally use it as a music player when I travel or also to be able to organize with more people to plan group work or one of the reasons that sometimes I waste time on the idea of social networks and mobile games.  Personally I find that it does end up influencing my time, since I always try to have my cell phone charged so as not to "disconnect" which sometimes I spend because of the smart phone games. The truth is that with a good self-control and taking out the advantages of multitasking and fast communication, I do recommend its use.
